Personal information

Personal information is any kind of information that may be attributed to you to some extent. When you use our website, we collect and process various information about you. This happens when you register for our events, apply for the Trading Academy, sign up for our newsletter or participate in contests or surveys.  

Security

We have taken the necessary technical and organizational measures to prevent your information from being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, impaired, or come to the attention of unauthorized persons, abused or otherwise treated in violation of the law.

Legal

Due to your membership as a volunteer or as a participant in our events, we process various data from you. This information is personal and will be protected.

In detail, we collect and process the following information:

• Name
• Date of birth
• E-mail
• Phone Number
• Information as appearing from CV
• Grades
• Learning progress during Trading Academy

The collection and processing of your data takes place:

• To create an individual learning curriculum for you
• To be able to identify you as a member
• To get in contact with you

We collect and store data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) rules put forward by the European Union (2020)

Period

Data is stored In accordance with the rules and regulations put forward by the authorities. However, data is never stored for longer than necessary.

Disclosure of data to third parties

Your personal data is safe with us. We share data and information with certain third parties, only with your consent. When applying for the Trading Academy, you automatically accept that we share your application with Saxo Bank’s recruiting department.

We are using several third-party services for storage and processing of data. Those third-party services process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for own purposes. Disclosure of name, e-mail and other data will only happen with your consent. We only use data processors that can provide your information with an adequate protection.

If you apply for a position as a volunteer at CBS Trading, participate in either our regular events or the Trading Academy, we might collect the following information about you:

• Name
• Date of birth

Photos for Social Media

If you take part in one of our events, you accept that there is a chance that you might be photographed. You can revoke this consent at any time. We share and publish those photos and videos on our social media platforms but will never share or publish a close-up photo. In case you want us to delete a specific photo, you simply inform us on marketing@cbstrading.dk.

Newsletter

On our site we offer you the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter. To receive our newsletter, you need to register with a valid e-mail address and your full name. The data collected with regards to our newspaper will only be used for the purpose of our newsletter. It will not be passed on to third parties. You can unsubscribe from this newsletter at any time. Details of this can be found in the bottom of our newsletter mails.
